Chief Engineer
Bill Feng is the highly respected Senior Vice President and Chief Engineer at Sola, with over 30 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. Renowned for his expertise in municipal infrastructure projects across Ontario, Bill has been instrumental in delivering key projects such as roadway improvements, sewage systems, and landfill management.
He holds the prestigious designation of Ontario Provincial Consulting Engineer and is RAQS certified, reflecting his exceptional professional standards and project management skills.
In his role at Sola, Bill oversees technical staff and ensures seamless project execution through strategic planning, design oversight, and construction consultation. His leadership is characterized by encouraging collaboration, nurturing talent, as well as maintaining transparency and accountability.
